How to have a great borrowing experience

🧠 Keep your loans healthy

  • If you keep your loan healthy (i.e. at a reasonable LTV), it is highly likely that it will be refinanced via auction if you receive a refinancing call

  • Higher LTV loans may not benefit from the same level of lender appetite, potentially resulting in a higher number of refinancing calls and unsuccessful refinance attempts

  • Remember to check in regularly to monitor your loans and make partial repayments (to lower your LTV) if necessary
